Livingspace Interiors is proud to be partnering with Vancouver-based development company, Terra Blanka, on Ash 28, a refined residential project featuring twelve garden flats and penthouse homes, spanning one or two levels. Among Livingspace’s contributions to the project are luxury appliances and custom Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry by Molteni&C.

In its first year following the sale of Canada Wide Media to Alive Publishing Group, the annual BC Business Top 100 event was back, taking place at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver on June 14th, 2023. Livingspace Interiors was proud to sponsor the event, and provided furnishings for the stage from Gallotti&Radice.

Headlining this year’s event was Ian Gillespie, Vancouver real estate developer and founder of Westbank Projects Corp., who took part in a keynote interview, in which he shared his passion for community and his desire to create a better Vancouver.

Then, a panel featuring four other top Vancouver business leaders – Vancity president and CEO Christine Bergeron, Futura Corporation founder and BC Lions owner Amar Doman, WorkSafeBC president and CEO Anne Naser and BC Hydro president and CEO Chris O’Riley – were quizzed on how to survive a recession and their plans for moving their organizations forward.

Last week at the Livingspace showroom, we welcomed special guest Federico Claudio Podesta of Molteni&C for a special celebration of the launch of our newest collections.

We are honoured to showcase such beautiful furniture, closets and kitchens – and be the first supplier in the world to celebrate with the newest Molteni&C branded signage, signifying a new era for our industry-leading partner.

To kick things off, members of the press were treated to a special presentation by Frederico Claudio Podesta and Ross Bonetti, featuring our newest kitchens from Molteni&C.

Following the press tour, DJ Nathalie of GirlOnWax Entertainment set the pace for the rest of the evening as guests were invited to enjoy Italian refreshments and interact with Molteni furniture, kitchens and closets.

Our friends from Mitch’s Catch Catering fuelled the party with their show-stopping culinary creations.

Life in the fast lane meets Italian luxury – Livingspace was excited to partner with Lamborghini Vancouver for the reveal of their 2023 Huracan, providing exclusive furnishings by Living Divani. Attendees took in the spectacle of the iconic Italian supercars decorating the showroom floor while lounging on an impressive modular Extrasoft seating system, one of the most popular pieces within the Living Divani collection.

Livingspace was excited to partner with Porsche Centre Vancouver and furnish their Exclusive Manufaktur event to end 2022! Attendees were treated to a showcase of some of the hottest and most exclusive designs available.

Over the past few weeks, Livingspace has been undergoing renovations in preparation for new incoming collections, so we were excited to introduce our all-new kitchen and closet displays at this Holiday season’s Armoury District x Livingspace Party. Guests were invited to explore our new collections while savouring the tastes of Italy.

Some of the most anticipated and routine features within our tight-knit community of designers, artisans and retailers in Vancouver’s Armoury District have always been the parties – events where proprietors and clients alike mingle and celebrate the diverse, creative landscape within one of Vancouver’s most vibrant business communities. Two years of pandemic restrictions have highlighted how much we’ve missed them. That’s why we were so excited to be playing host once again as we participated in Desserts Before Dark, a celebration of design in the Armoury District alongside many of our neighbours!

Since 2006, the West Vancouver Art Museum has been offering an annual mid-century and contemporary West Coast Modern Home Tour.

Surrounded by mountains, an expansive ocean and a lush rainforest, the natural landscapes of West Vancouver present unique challenges and opportunities that are reflected in the local architecture. This year’s tour featured five architecturally-significant homes, and was accompanied by a full program of related exhibitions, parties, lectures, film screenings, and panel discussions.

As a sponsor of the event, Livingspace partnered with West Vancouver Art Museum and British Pacific Properties to present the Bonetti II House – featured in both the in-person home tour, and the evening Cocktail Party.

The ticket-limited Cocktail party took place on July 7, 2022 at the Bonetti II House in West Vancouver – the third of the seven-part course of events in the West Coast Modern Week.
