In its first year following the sale of Canada Wide Media to Alive Publishing Group, the annual BC Business Top 100 event was back, taking place at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver on June 14th, 2023. Livingspace Interiors was proud to sponsor the event, and provided furnishings for the stage from Gallotti&Radice.
Headlining this year’s event was Ian Gillespie, Vancouver real estate developer and founder of Westbank Projects Corp., who took part in a keynote interview, in which he shared his passion for community and his desire to create a better Vancouver.
Then, a panel featuring four other top Vancouver business leaders – Vancity president and CEO Christine Bergeron, Futura Corporation founder and BC Lions owner Amar Doman, WorkSafeBC president and CEO Anne Naser and BC Hydro president and CEO Chris O’Riley – were quizzed on how to survive a recession and their plans for moving their organizations forward.
