Set within a Vancouver condominium overlooking False Creek, this bespoke kitchen was thoughtfully designed and installed by Livingspace, featuring the timeless craftsmanship of Arclinea, celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025.

Rooted in a century of Italian design excellence, Arclinea brings architectural clarity, precision, and enduring beauty to the heart of the home. Clean lines, balanced proportions, and refined materials define this kitchen, creating a space that is both highly functional and quietly elegant. Every element is purposefully composed, allowing the design to feel at once contemporary and timeless.

This project came together through close collaboration with Burjen Enterprises and Mulder Contracting, with expert cabinetry installation by BK Installs, custom stone surfaces by MW Stoneworks, and state-of-the-art appliances by Gaggenau. Each partner played a vital role in ensuring the kitchen integrates seamlessly within the condo’s modern urban setting, where craftsmanship meets precision at every detail.

The Arclinea “Italia” lacquer pantry, with its elegant handles and refined detailing, is paired with a Gaggenau wine refrigerator and custom countertops by MW Stoneworks. Together, these elements balance sophisticated design with everyday practicality, reflecting Italian craftsmanship and effortless modern living.

Designed for modern living, this bespoke Porro closet combines smart storage and understated elegance, tailored to the client and defined by Porro’s refined design language.

The Molteni Augusto sofa takes center stage in this stunning False Creek residence. Its refined proportions create a cozy yet sophisticated living space, perfect for both relaxing and entertaining

In the bathroom, Arclinea’s custom vanity brings the same design philosophy to a more intimate space. Streamlined forms, refined finishes, and intelligent storage transform daily routines into moments of understated modern living.
